Yoga originates from India and is known to be a physical,
mental or spiritual practice to controlling the body and the mind.

Mexico Yoga Retreat Center
There are currently many Yoga Retreats in Mexico. You will find
yoga Mexico centers in Baja California, and along the shorelines of the Pacific
Ocean from Mazatlan down to the bank of Oaxaca. You will discover yoga offered
at restored haciendas in Mexico's wine nation, and at the wellness retreat
centers outside pioneer urban communities like Cuernavaca and San Miguel de
Allende. Other centers are in Chiapas (Mayan highlands) and in Veracruz.
On the Caribbean bank of Yucatan, there exist yoga retreat centers
in the city of Izamal, where most structures are painted a lovely Vatican
yellow. There are also island retreat centers on Isla Holbox and Isla Mujeres,
and beachside yoga retreat on the Mayan Riviera from Cancun and Tulum the distance
down to Lake Bacalar.
These are areas you can visit at whatever time of year
without anyone else many of which are near to the airports and one can board a
direct flight from the United States to these locations. The facilities range
from natural to luxurious ones and the prices are not the same.
